Customer Success Specialist (SaaS)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our customers after the sale, ensure a positive customer experience, and strengthen the relationship between customers and the sales team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys customer communication, outbound calls, and working in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers after onboarding
• Support customers in using our ATS product effectively and adopting key features
• Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls, emails, and online meetings
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand customer needs and usage
• Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activities by closely collaborating with the sales team
• Monitor basic customer health indicators and flag risks or opportunities
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with Sales and Product teams
• Assist in resolving customer issues and coordinate with support teams when needed
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and customer success tools
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, Support, or similar)
• Interest in SaaS, HR tech, or ATS products
• Comfortable with outbound customer calls and proactive communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Customer-oriented mindset with basic problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Willingness to learn sales processes and customer lifecycle management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
