This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys customer communication, outbound calls, and working in a SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities • Act as a primary point of contact for customers after onboarding • Support customers in using our ATS product effectively and adopting key features • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls, emails, and online meetings • Conduct regular check-ins to understand customer needs and usage • Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell activities by closely collaborating with the sales team • Monitor basic customer health indicators and flag risks or opportunities • Collect customer feedback and share insights with Sales and Product teams • Assist in resolving customer issues and coordinate with support teams when needed • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and customer success tools Requirements • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, Support, or similar) • Interest in SaaS, HR tech, or ATS products • Comfortable with outbound customer calls and proactive communication • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Customer-oriented mindset with basic problem-solving skills • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently • Willingness to learn sales processes and customer lifecycle management • Ability to work independently and as part of a team</body></html>
